Certifications you make

• • I certify that this contribution complies with all applicable contribution limits and campaign-finance laws.
• • I understand that political contributions are not tax deductible. Contributor information may be reported and publicly disclosed as required by law.

One-time contributions

All contributions through this site are one-time contributions. There are no recurring or automatically renewing contributions.

Required disclosure information

For any single contribution of $100.00 or more, occupation and employer are required and must be accurate. Placeholder entries are not accepted. Contributor information may be reported and become publicly available as required by law.

Not tax deductible

Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe on its secure hosted checkout. A contribution is treated as complete only after the payment processor confirms it. If a payment is declined, abandoned, or expires, no funds are collected.

Refunds and corrections

If a contribution was made in error, exceeds an applicable limit, or must be returned for legal reasons, contact the committee treasurer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the record of the original contribution and its refund is retained.

Use of funds

Contributions support the committee's lawful civic and communications activities in Castle Rock, Colorado, consistent with applicable campaign-finance law.
